Yes, ducting is required for these ovens, but we don’t provide ducting service
If oven is placed in open space or lounge then we will increase the size of brick chimney. If placed inside restaurant/kitchen then your hotel company should connect it to the normal kitchen ducting
No special type of ducting is required it can easily be connected with kitchen duct
*Note- Even the gas line should be done by Hotel Company or individual

We construct both Fixed and Portable Ovens, but portable ovens will be very heavy and can be shifted from one location to another

There are no limitations on the number of pizzas chef can bake, cook and roast anything

No huge cost maintenance is required, but if any problem occurs we will provide prompt service and immediately try to fix it

You should only use babool/keekar wood since they make low fumes and provide best heating
Babool wood will cost higher as compared to other types around Rs 6-10/- per kg (skin removed). Depends upon the area and dealer, but use these wood for smoky flavor only
Depends upon the size and quantity of wood you may get 1 to 2 hours from 20-30 kgs of wood. You can easily place wood blocks upon the burners and when they are fully burned then chef can stop the flow of gas.
*Note- We provide two gas burners on either side of the oven

We will provide training to chef how to operate the oven like gas firing and cleaning the oven
But for Pizza, baking and cooking chefs are more professional than us

Chefs and individuals can easily make Pizza, bread, cakes, fish, chicken, and cookies can all be done in the oven, they can also dry fruits, mushrooms, and herbs to use on next meal
By using grill placing it over the wood burn coals chefs and individuals can easily barbecue

45 minutes to an hour. Use 10 – 15 kilogram wood in morning at the initial firing stage and during peak hour chefs can light gas burners by placing more 3 – 5 kilogram wood as per the requirement during operations

Chefs and individuals can easily clean the oven by using a long floor mop by rinsing it and applying in on the cooking surface this will easily remove burned ash over the cooking area
*Note- Use normal water without adding any chemicals

In a Legacy Wood and Gas Fired Brick Oven, you can attain higher temperatures—approximately more than 500 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. This sharply cuts pizza cooking time. As a result, you can expect your pizza to cook in just less than two to five minutes
*Note- Depending on the dough thickness

Use dry and skin should be removed. For best heating purpose Oak/Babool/Keeker which are easily available at cheap price locally and for flavor or fragrance you can use fruit wood like Apple, Almond, Cherry, Pear, Plum, Walnut, Peach, Sandal
*Note: Not to use chemically treated and over moist wood which may cause bad smell or black fumes
